Welcome to the Performing Arts Series in Lancaster, South Carolina! The Performing Arts Series at the Bundy Auditorium contributes to Lancaster's entertainment and arts profile, provides activities for residents and visitors, and serves as a platform for expanded associated economic development and tourism.
The Bundy Auditorium is located within the Bradley Arts and Sciences Building on the campus of USC Lancaster, and is a 400-seat ambiance venue. Named for Charles A. Bundy, the Bundy Auditorium is positioned to offer performances that will enhance the arts in Lancaster County and surrounding areas.
2010 - 2011 PERFORMING ARTS SCHEDULE
Lancaster, South Carolina, is located approximately 30 miles south of Charlotte, North Carolina, and 60 miles north of the capital, Columbia, South Carolina. The County encompasses 549 square miles, including three incorporated communities – Lancaster, Kershaw, and Heath Springs, with a population of more than 63,000. Lancaster is located less than three hours from the shores of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and the mountains of North Carolina.
The Performing Arts Series – sponsored by the City of Lancaster, Friends, and Sponsors of the Performing Arts – is the premier feature of See Lancaster SC. In addition to local residents, the Series has grown to include an impressive number of visitors from surrounding counties and states.
