Walk, Friday, Sept 12
The Lancaster County Council
of the Arts will host the Fall Art Walk this Friday from 5:30pm to 9:00pm.
The walk starts at the Springs House, 201 West Gay Street where the Marian
Hagins Juried Competition is on display. There will be maps available at the
Springs House to take you to the other ten businesses participating.
Other locations open during the art walk include: Caldwell Banker with David
Ghent's work, Picture Perfect with various artists on display, The Edward
Scott House will have Tiffany Copen's work, Robert Stevens Pottery will have
Robert Stevens work, Earth Pure Day Spa will exhibit Damian Ducommun's work,
The Purple Rooster will have various artists on display, Bob Doster's
Backstreet Studio will have Jenny Hartley and Bill Price, Howells Art &
Antiques will have various artists, Fuzzy Mabel will have Rodney Hammond's
work, the last stop will be Chastain's Studio Lofts with live music by Ken
Blinko and artist's exhibited include: Brenda Jones, David Ghent, Casey
Ballard, Maggie Bowers, Brittany Taylor, Heather Mullins Teasley, Phyllis
Chastain, Deah Stogner, Fran Gardner, Christina Chastain, Ben Davison, Barry
Lockman, Dianne Mahaffee, Alan Noll, Micheal Elbeck, Rodney Hammond, George
Young, Dianne Moore, Robin Zavada, Rob Gillette, Samantha Woodson, Lisa
Stamper, Lorie Brewer, Nancy Howell, and Judy Gilmer from Florida.
This event is free to the public but donations for the arts council are
greatly appreciated and accepted in order for future programs to continue.
